Stem launches duly registered by the Chinese Mari- time Customs under the Inland Waters Steam Navigation Regu- lations may trade between Høngkong and non-open ports in the Liang Kuang Provinoss subject to the following condi-

tion:-

(a) The term "non-open pert" shall mean any non- treaty port upon the inland waterways of the two Proviboos and it shall include such non-treaty parts upon the son coast of the Kuangtung Province as may from time to time be agreed upon between the Government of Hongkong and the Chinese Authorities at Canton.
